This office building was built for the Progressive Medical headquarters. It was constructed in two phases – a two-story, 32,000 SF portion in the front of the site, and a 60,000 SF expansion toward the rear, connected by a high-ceiling atrium that could be converted to a flex space. The City of Westerville is experienced working with companies to convert standard office space to clean room/dry lab (480 Olde Worthington Road, Westerville, OH 43082 was a recent 2025 example).
