Dogwood East, LLC is a locally owned commercial real estate company that provides multiple solutions for businesses in the Dan River Region. We are convenient to downtown Danville, the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research and the US Highway 29 corridor. Dogwood East offers industrial shop buildings, secure outdoor and indoor storage, in addition, we offer furnished and non-furnished office spaces at our Eastwood Point building.

Over the past 2 years, many renovations to the buildings and grounds have been completed to enhance the property. We have renovated 4 industrial buildings and 1 office building at this site. As we are located within the Enterprise Zone for the City of Danville, we were able to apply for the Real Property Improvement Grant and were awarded the financial reimbursement. That assistance is greatly appreciated and will help us to continually improve the property to provide the essential business space for the community.
