Hubbard Exempted Village School District has received state funding for the construction of a K-12 educational campus. Construction was recently completed for our High School which is in use by our students. Construction is reaching completion for our elementary school, with only construction of our Junior High School remaining. All construction should be complete within three years. The new campus also houses an indoor swimming pool for all our community to enjoy. Hubbard provides excellent schools for our students, including a great private school, which creates a positive learning climate. Youngstown State University, Penn State Shenango Campus, and Kent State Trumbull Campus provide advanced education and all are within a 25 minute drive. Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania is also within a 25 minute commute.
Our city offers quality, reliable, and economical public utilities, including electric, water, and wastewater. We also provide several scenic parks for relaxation and enjoyment, golf courses, and community programs for all ages.
In striving to maintain a small community atmosphere, our amenities and our location are an excellent mix for businesses and homeowners alike. Hubbard values “community” as an important piece of our progress and success.
