Lodi, Ohio, is located in Medina County, minutes from the I-76/I-71 interchange which has been identified as the busiest interchange east of the Mississippi River. In addition to these interstates, U.S. 224 and U.S. 42 are also within 4 minutes of our community. These highways make for easy commutes by car.
Situated 36 minutes from Akron and 54 minutes from Cleveland, Lodi is a small town with a lot of “big” city conveniences. For major travel, the Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport and Akron-Canton Regional Airport are both a 42 minute commute, while the joy and benefits of Lake Erie can be reached in approximately 45 minutes.
Municipal water, sewer, and electric distribution are managed, operated, and maintained locally. With these utilities under local control, you have part ownership. As a constituent of the community, you and other citizens choose your elected officials who govern the utilities and you are able to attend their open meetings and voice your concerns.
In addition to Cloverleaf Local Schools for our youth, higher educational opportunities abound in the area. Within a 35 mile radius, one may choose to attend Ashland University, University of Akron, Oberlin College, Kent State University – Stark Campus, Baldwin-Wallace College, Lorain County Community College, or Start State College of Technology.
Hidden Hollow Camp offers a variety of recreational activities. Many upgrades over the years have made this an excellent place to gather and relax with family and friends. For those who love to shop, we are home to the Lodi Station Outlets.
