New Bremen is a beautiful small town located in west central Ohio. New Bremen’s rich history of versatility and dynamic business sense began in 1833, when it was settled by German immigrants. New Bremen continues the legacy of success through work ethic and pride.
With an active Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) since 1979, the organization continues to be a partnership of public and private interest. The CIC is governed by a 15-member volunteer board of directors representing a wide variety of local business and government interests.
This approach eliminates obstacles, accentuates start-ups and feeds business growth.
The CIC serves companies and site consultants as the single point of entry into our community. We work closely with village, county and state governments to provide an opportunity to build your business and love your life. Through this pro-business network New Bremen is able to offer incentives packages, such as tax-abatements and TIF districts.
